FIFA 2026 SO FAR...

Year 2002, Türkiye had won the third place in FIFA, what an honour, and exactly 24 years later, almost a quarter of a century, Turkey was back in FIFA and with all the supporters behind them. Although Türkiye was eliminated after the second match, let's go through what had happened:

• The first match of Türkiye was with Australia. When the defensive guidelines are compared, Australia has the average height of 1.94m!!! While Türkiye is around 1.75 meters, that's actually why there were a lot of memes and laughter in social media. The

  first goal was scored by the young star Nestory Irankunda in the first half. The second goal was scored by a midfielder, Connor Metcalfe, at minute 75.

• After the first defeat, and every Turkish citizen was seeking hope for a win, the second match with Paraguay hit hard, 1-0, again with a defeat. After the first half, Alex Arce scored the only goal in the match with a header.

• Next match is going to be with USA, who is continuing with 0 defeats for now at the D group.

The first match ending with 2-0 and the second one being 1-0, with 2 defeats and 0 goals

head-to-head average, we were eliminated. If we won the match with America, since they are only looking at the first 2 matches and not the general average, we are certainly eliminated. I am still hoping that for the prestige we will have scored against America and not be in the same list with Haiti for no goals during FIFA 2026.

Although for Turkey this year was a start back to FIFA, for some great names it's goodbye:

• Lionel Messi – Argentina

• Cristiano Ronaldo – Portugal

• Luka Modric – Croatia

• Neymar Jr. – Brazil

• Manuel Neuer – Germany

• Guillermo Ochoa – Mexico (the iconic goalkeeper)

These legends have the average age of 40, still cannot believe.

The great teams that are in the forefront must be the home team USA, France with Kylian Mbappé's leadership, and Spain with Lamine Yamal and Nico Williams, of course. From my view, I would really like to see Messi's celebration in the last World Cup. Since probably almost every Turkish people's first team is officially eliminated, why not go support our second team?

While watching the matches with enthusiasm, cannot pass the songs. The official FIFA World Cup 2026 Album has 18 songs in total:

• The official song is again a hit from Shakira feat. Burna Boy, "DAI DAI". It captures the movements, feelings, and colours in a harmonic way.

• The official anthem is "DNA (More Than a Music)" by Andrea Bocelli & Ejae.

• The opening song is "Game Time" by Tyla and Future.

• There are other wonderful songs to listen to, and the song "Champions" has been pretty popular by IShowSpeed through social media.

In conclusion, we need to wait until 2030 till the next time, so it's important that you enjoy every second of it. Have fun!
