However, excessive and unconscious use of artificial intelligence can also lead to some negative consequences. Constantly accessing readily available information can weaken young people's thinking, questioning, and creative abilities. The brain needs to work actively to develop healthily. If individuals get the answer to every question from artificial intelligence, their habit of putting in mental effort may decrease.
In addition, AI-supported digital tools increase screen time. Prolonged screen time can lead to distraction, concentration problems, and disrupted sleep patterns. Sleep is especially crucial for brain development during adolescence.

However, how this power is used plays a decisive role in brain development.
